HA NOI - HA LONG - HOA LU - HUE - HOI AN - SAI GON - CAN THO 2 FLIGHTS

 

        DAY 01   
  Pick-up at the airport by your tour guide and transfer to the hotel in Ha Noi.  
Hanoi, the Capital City of reunified Vietnam, is a charming city with its authenticity, its big avenues or shadowed small streets, liveliness, endowed with numerous lakes and well-taken care public parks. A pedicab ride thru the colonial quarter with its historic buildings and thru the 36 busy streets and guilds of the ancient quarter, around the Restored Sword Lake. Not to miss the water puppet show in the evening.

  DAY 02 :  HA NOI - HA LONG (B / L / D)  
  Set out for Halong Bay. A restful day is waiting for you aboard a comfortable junk in heavenly landscapes of Halong Bay. Welcome aboard at noon. Lunch on board with seafood.
Ha Long Bay is one of the most magnificent landscapes of the world  known as the 8th wonder of the world. The general view of rocks and water give a very impressive sight.
Cruising in the bay to visit the Thien Cung Grotto (the heavenly Palace Grotto) and the Dau Go Grotto (the Grotto of the wooden stakes). The latter is divided into 3 compartments adorned with stalactites and stalagmites which assume the shapes of animals and human beings. 
Opportunity to have a swim in a quiet creek or on the Titov beach.
Splendid panorama in the Bay at sunset. Overnight in the hotel.  
 
 
 
  DAY 03 :  HA LONG - HOA LU - HA NOI (B / L)  
  Set out for Hoa Lu. Boat ride in Thung Nang, a mountainous region next to Hoa Lu (known as the Halong Bay on land), a new site not yet affected by tourism .It Is a particular sight of amazing beauty. A marvellous ride in rowboats threading your way between lotus ponds and limestone rocky mountains. Splendid poetic landscapes, the harmony between human and nature. Get in touch with the peasants to discover their daily activities. Row back to the boat deck. Get back to Ha Noi. Overnight in the hotel.    
 
 
  DAY 04 :   HA NOI - HUE (B/L)  
  Visit of Ha Noi, a walk in the presidential quarter to have a look at the French governor's ancient Palace including the visit of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his house on-stilts, the one-Pillar Pagoda. Then visit the literature Temple, the new Museum of Ethnology inaugurated in 1997, which holds a rich collection of objects and documents recounting the habits and customs of 54 different ethnic groups in the country. Transfer to the airport for a flight to Hue. Overnight in the hotel.
 
 
 
 
  DAY 05 :  HUE (B/L)  
  The imperial Capital City of Hue which lasted from 1802 to 1945, its history began in the 3th century but it was only in the 15th century that it came under Vietnamese control. The city is located on the left bank of the Perfume River. Hue delights visitors with its poetic beautiful landscapes, its numerous historic sites and its imperial valley.
A sight-seeing boat trip on the Perfume River. Stop for the visit of the Heavenly Lady Pagoda looking down on the Perfume River which runs across this sacred valley. Visit the Mausoleums (Tu Duc, Khai Đinh or Minh Mang), the Imperial City. Overnight in the hotel.
Optional: Royal Dance Show at the theatre Duyet Thi Duong in the imperial City.  
 
 
 
  DAY 06 :  HUE - DA NANG - HOI AN (B/L)  
  Set out for Hoi An, passing by the  Cloudy Pass which offers a magnificent panoramic view  on the heavenly Lang Co peninsula over the bay of Da Nang. Many photo-stops on the pass then ride on to Hoi An. In the afternoon visit the Hoi An ancient city. Boat trip on the Thu Bon river to Cua Dai  river mouth to watch the sunset on the way back to town. Overnight in the hotel.    
 
 
  DAY 07 :  HOI AN - SAI GON (B/L)  
  Early morning visit of the fish market. Then strolling in the narrow charming streets to discover the ancient city – ancient port of the Cham in the 16th – 17th centuries. Tranfert to the airport in  Đa Nang for a flight to Sai Gon. Overnight in the hotel.    
 
 
  DAY 08 :  SAI GON - VINH LONG - CAN THO (B/L/D)  
  Sight-seeing tour in the city to visit its famous historic and cultural buildings such as the Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, the central Post Office, the City Hall, the China Town with the Heavenly Lady Temple and  you will be strolling in the Chinese herbalist quarter to have a look at the activities of Saigon. Then set out for Cai Be - a region of lively beauty - peaceful landscapes, luxuriant vegetation with unexpected scenes of daily life. Boat trip along the canals of Tien Giang river, criss-crossing the orchards of the Mekong Delta. Discover the unusual villages, covered with fruits trees on the An Binh and Binh Hoa Phuoc islands. Visit a handmade candy confectionery. Cruising on to Vinh Long. Coach ride to Can Tho, the city lying on the right bank of the Mekong river, well-known for its cafeterias and floating restaurants. Dinner and overnight in the hotel. 
 
 
 
 
  DAY 09:  CAN THO - SAI GON (B/L/D)  
  Boat trip on the 2nd branch of the Mekong river to visit the Cai Rang floating market - the busiest and typical one in this area with its local products, particularly fruits and vegetables. Take a walk in the village, visit the orchard of a peasant's family. Tasting the tropical fruits. Get back to Saigon. Visit a laqueware factory. Farewell dinner in town and overnight in the hotel.    
 
 
  DAY 10:  SAI GON / DEPARTURE (B)  
  Free time for the last shoppings in the center of the city. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight home. End of our services.
